Upon arrival at Bothell Pet Hospital, you will be greeted by one of our receptionists and asked to fill out a New Client form (if you have not already brought yours… see link at right). The receptionist will help you weigh your pet, and will escort you to an exam room.
When the veterinarian arrives, he or she will thoroughly examine your pet, and interview you to gather as much pertinent information as possible. This information may include your pet’s past medical history, known health issues, diet and exercise, and any medications your pet is currently taking. In some cases, your veterinarian may take your pet into the back treatment area of our hospital for additional examination.
Your veterinarian will use all the information at hand, and the details of the examination, to determine a potential diagnosis. Depending on the findings, he or she may recommend testing, procedures and/or medications.
Upon conclusion of the exam, your veterinarian will escort you back to the reception area for check out, where the receptionist will detail the services provided during your visit.
