Appointments You Can Book Online

Online booking is best for:

  • Wellness and preventive care exams
  • Vaccination appointments (adult, puppy, and kitten)
  • Annual exams
  • Minor illness or injury concerns
  • Recheck exams (when appropriate)

When Not to Use Online Booking

Please call us immediately: (425) 486-3251 or seek urgent/emergency care if your pet is experiencing:

  • Difficulty breathing or collapse
  • Possible toxin ingestion
  • Seizures
  • Severe pain or sudden distress
  • Repeated vomiting or diarrhea
  • Eye injuries or trauma
  • Suspected urinary blockage or bloat

If this is an emergency, do not schedule online.

Appointment and Cancellation Policies

General Appointments

We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can offer the time to another patient in need. To cancel your appointment, please call (425) 486-3251. (Please note that Bothell Pet Hospital has a price differential between weekend and weekday pricing.)

Surgery Appointments

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule all surgeries.
  • A $300 non-refundable deposit is required for all surgical and specialty procedures.
  • The deposit will be applied toward the cost of surgery but will not be refunded if the surgery is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
