Kaleigh

In March 2022, Kaleigh joined the Bothell Pet Hospital team, bringing her lifelong passion for helping animals, an eagerness to hone her skills, and a strong commitment to veterinary medicine. Currently, she serves the team as a Veterinary Surgical Assistant and Inventory Manager. 

Having worked in different fields in the past, Kaleigh found fulfillment in a veterinary medicine career and plans to finish her Veterinary Technician program while mastering her skills in surgical and dental procedures. 

Kaleigh brings a strong work ethic and calm, collected demeanor to every shift and believes in maintaining a fun, positive outlook. She lives by the statement “smile through the stress,” and is passionate about making every day a great day.

“I love the patients, I love our doctors, I love our team,” Kaleigh shared, unable to pick just one thing she loves most about her job. “I love to keep learning new things every day. As medicine is ever-evolving, there is always something new to learn. It’s rare to get to work with so many great doctors all in one clinic. I would trust any one of them with my own pets.”

Education

• Studied Biology with a focus in Wildlife Conservation and Environmental Science at University of Washington
• Currently enrolled in the Veterinary Technician program at Penn Foster 

Home Life

Kaleigh is a worldwide traveler and nature lover. In her free time, you might find her camping or exploring the great outdoors with her 4-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix, Luna. She loves attending concerts and music festivals as well as snuggling up with a good book and her 2-year-old Domestic Shorthair cat, Kevin.
