Annalynn Fain
Practice Manager
Annalynn’s first experience in veterinary medicine started when she was just 12 years old and has since developed into more than 20 years of expertise in the field. Her stepdad is a veterinarian and Annalynn followed in his footsteps, working in every hospital position besides a doctor. Bringing her long-term veterinary knowledge and business management prowess, Annalynn started with us in 2023. We are so grateful to have her diverse skillset on our Bothell Pet Hospital team!
At 18 years old, Annalynn became a Veterinary Technician and Team lead at NPC Pacific Avenue Veterinary Center South in Spanaway, WA. She then spent 13 years as the founding Hospital Manager at Dill Animal Hospital in Milton, WA. In this position, Annalynn was responsible for all hospital operations, leading and training her team, and managing customer relations. She then went on to pursue her business administration degree, deepening her understanding of leading a hospital with effective structure and teamwork.
Annalynn enjoys the variety of this work, and the new challenges that every day brings. She loves to problem-solve through brainstorming and active listening — merging perspectives to form solutions that best utilize each team member’s skillset, support the patient’s needs, and alleviate client concerns. “Pets are important family members, and I love helping to provide them lifelong care!” Annalynn shared.

Home Life
Out of the hospital, Annalynn is a hip-hop dancer and also enjoys spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga, walking, reading, cooking, and entertaining. She currently lives in a rental property that doesn’t allow pets, but we think it’s safe to say that there will be furry friends in Annalynn’s future.
