Veronica

Client Care Coordinator

Led by her love for animals and compassion for those who share that love for their animals, Veronica started with us as a Client Care Coordinator in 2024. She is dedicated to easing client’s concerns by gaining a thorough understanding of the situation at hand and collaborating with the team to achieve the best possible solution. Friendly, encouraging, and excellent in handling all care needs, we are so lucky to have Veronica on the Bothell Pet Hospital team.

Before finding her way to veterinary medicine, Veronica gained 5+ years of experience in customer servicing roles. Her innate people skills grew stronger in each one as she quickly adapted to customer needs and responsibilities. Although she excelled in these years, one thing was missing: the opportunity to connect her skillset and passion for animals.

“Growing up, I had a Tuxedo cat who became a best friend,” Veronica shared. “The love and care I felt for her and all animals made me realize how much I’d love to help animals in any way I can.”

Her current role as a Client Care Coordinator allows Veronica to continue doing what she does best while dedicating her efforts to animals and their caretakers. She recognizes that helping the client extends directly to helping the patient, and she strives to provide pet owners with all the knowledge they need to nurture their beloved animals back to health.

Veronica’s care for our clients is rooted in empathy. By removing any judgment, she focuses solely on understanding their needs and what she can do to help. Eager to learn, unafraid to ask questions, and always willing to lend a hand whenever possible, she is a wonderful teammate and confidant for our clients and patients.

Veronica is fascinated by veterinary medicine for exotic animals and wildlife and aspires to one day work at a rehabilitation center within this realm.

Home Life

At home, Veronica cares for her cuddly and affectionate orange tabby cat. She fondly remembers her sweet Tuxedo cat, who inspired her to work in veterinary medicine and loved “making biscuits” on the side of her neck. To unwind, Veronica enjoys playing video games with her husband, Mario.
