Bothell Pet Hospital is currently seeking a full-time client care coordinator to join our team.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is looking for long-term and stable employment with an independently-owned, established veterinary practice. This individual must be committed to providing excellent customer service, and have the ability to perform the duties necessary to support the clinic and our team of veterinarians. The successful candidate must be detail oriented, reliable, self-starting, and genuinely care and be concerned for our patient’s well-being. They must be self-motivated and take direction on tasks that can be completed timely with or without supervision. Previous experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual!

Qualifications

The well-qualified candidate will:

• Have previous experience in customer service (previous veterinary industry a plus, but not required)
• Be detail oriented and enjoy a fast-paced work environment
