After more than 70 years at its current location, Bothell Pet Hospital is upgrading to a brand new state-of-the-art building. We’ve been working on the new hospital for the past two years, carefully designing every feature to improve the patient and pet owner experience. Now, we’re almost ready to move in.
New and Improved, Coming Soon!
We’ve outgrown our beloved 2,500-square-foot home and are upgrading to a new, spacious, and modern building with 6,100 square feet. But don’t worry — we aren’t sacrificing the local charm that makes our practice homey and comfortable. Our new location is at 17121 Bothell Way (next to Yakima Market) on a one-acre parcel with plenty of parking space!
With double the exam rooms and a thoughtful design focused on patient experience, Bothell Pet Hospital is set to transition to our new facility by the end of summer 2026, with plans to host a community-wide open house after the move!
Designed for Your Pet’s Comfort
At the new Bothell Pet Hospital, thoughtful design begins in the waiting room, which is divided into two separate sides — one for dogs and one for cats, eliminating some of the stress from your and your pet’s experience. Additionally, the new building has a separate treatment room dedicated to cats, where closed doors allow more comfort and quiet for nervous kitties. We’ve also dedicated a room with a private client exit for pet owners who are experiencing a loss to say goodbye to their pet in a comfortable, secluded space.

We’re dramatically increasing our space to meet growing needs and prioritize pet comfort, and we’re overflowing with excitement to share all about our brand new hospital building! Every room has been thoughtfully designed with your beloved pets in mind.
This modern, spacious hospital gives us room to welcome more patients, care for our growing community, and keep up with our ever-evolving practice!
Here’s a peek at just some of our new space’s upgrades:
- Double the exam rooms — expanding from 4 exam rooms to 7!
- Private suites for surgery and dental procedures, with twice as many dental tables as our current practice
- A dedicated diagnostic room with digital X-ray and ultrasound equipment
- Two floors, plus a basement for all of our storage needs
- Expanded laundry facilities; we’re upgrading from one washer/dryer set to three!
- Ample client parking across the one-acre property, all surrounded by green space
- A full kitchen and office space that gives our staff room to take breaks and recharge
- A powerful, brand new HVAC system with a backup generator — Bothell’s frequent power outages won’t stop us now!
- Thoughtfully designed insulation for increased soundproofing
- A divided waiting room to separate dogs and cats
- A secluded comfort room with a private exit for those saying goodbye to a pet
